JFOPT SFP28 25G 1310nm 20km LR LC DX光(guang)模塊是一款專為(wei)雙(shuang)工光(guang)通信設(she)計的高性能解(jie)決方案(an),支持25.78Gbps數(shu)據(ju)傳輸速率,采用SFP+ 20-pin接(jie)口實現熱插(cha)拔功(gong)能,并通過(guo)I2C接(jie)口提供數(shu)字診斷監控;其內置(zhi)雙(shuang)時鐘(zhong)數(shu)據(ju)恢復(CDR)電(dian)路顯著增強(qiang)信號完整性,該單(dan)模光(guang)纖(xian)收發器(qi)(qi)標(biao)稱工作波長為(wei)1310nm——發射端(duan)(duan)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)符(fu)合Class 1激(ji)光(guang)安全標(biao)準(IEC 60825)的高性能1310nm DFB激(ji)光(guang)器(qi)(qi),接(jie)收端(duan)(duan)則搭載光(guang)學封(feng)裝集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)的銦鎵(jia)砷探測器(qi)(qi)前置(zhi)放大器(qi)(qi)(IDP)并配合限幅后置(zhi)放大器(qi)(qi)芯片(pian),確保可靠高效的運行性能。
